Ekwah Seals Auxerre Loan Move

Pierre Ekwah, a 24-year-old midfielder for AS Saint-Étienne, is poised to join AJ Auxerre on a season-long loan. This transfer follows Ekwah's unsuccessful attempt to secure an exit from Saint-Étienne last summer, leading to a temporary move to Watford in the EFL Championship during the latter half of the previous season.

Ekwah has expressed his desire not to compete in Ligue 2 with ASSE. He is currently undergoing medical evaluations for his transfer to Will Still's Auxerre. The deal reportedly includes a loan fee of €300,000, with Auxerre holding a €6 million option to make the move permanent at the conclusion of the campaign.
