Franklin Regional also claimed a state championship, winning the Class AAA crown by defeating Norwin 29-24. Both teams navigated a demanding schedule, including preliminary rounds earlier in the week and semifinals on the same day.
Individually, Bishop McCort's Bo Bassett faced Faith Christian Academy's Joe Bachmann in a highly anticipated championship final. While Bassett emerged victorious in their individual match, Faith Christian Academy's team secured the overall team championship.
