Alongside these advancing teams, several others were eliminated from the competition. BetBoom Team, Vici Gaming, and Tundra Esports emerged victorious in matchups involving 1-2 teams, signaling the end of the road for their opponents. The group stage, featuring 16 teams, will conclude on Wednesday.
Only the top eight teams from the group stage will proceed to the playoffs, with the remaining teams being eliminated. Playoff spots were also secured earlier by Team Liquid and Team Spirit. Wednesday will host crucial 'do-or-die' matches between teams holding a 2-2 record.
The double-elimination playoffs are scheduled to run from Thursday to Sunday. All matches, excluding the grand final, will be best-of-three. The champion team will claim the top prize of $300,000.
