The Pakistan Women's cricket team is set to host Zimbabwe Women for a three-match ODI series, with the first match scheduled for May 4 at the National Stadium in Karachi. Pakistan is looking to rebound after a recent 2-1 series loss to South Africa away from home, though they secured a significant 119-run victory in the final match of that series.
Zimbabwe, conversely, experienced a challenging tour in New Zealand, suffering a 3-0 defeat. They will be hoping for a stronger performance in Pakistan to regain form. The pitch conditions in Karachi are anticipated to be favorable for batting due to its flat nature. Spinners may come into play as the match unfolds, suggesting that winning the toss and batting first could be a strategic advantage.
