- Several Pakistan cricketers have previously participated in The Hundred.

Speculation is mounting that Pakistani cricketers may face exclusion from several Indian-owned franchises in the upcoming 'The Hundred' auction. Responding to these concerns, Pakistan opener Sahibzada Farhan stated that player selection is beyond their control and that they are open to playing in any league that shows interest.
Historically, numerous Pakistani players, including prominent names like Mohammad Amir and Haris Rauf, have participated in 'The Hundred'. However, the absence of Pakistani players in other franchise leagues with strong IPL ties, such as SA20 and the UAE's ILT20, has fueled these concerns.
England captain Harry Brook has voiced that it would be a significant loss if Pakistani cricketers were unable to feature in the competition, citing their talent and the fan base they bring. The Hundred's upcoming season is slated to run from July 21 to August 16, with the player auction scheduled for March 11 and 12.
