The Denver Nuggets are scheduled to face the LA Clippers in a preseason matchup on October 14, 2026. This game at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, offers both teams a valuable opportunity to refine their strategies and team cohesion before the official start of the regular season.
Several injury concerns loom for both franchises. The Denver Nuggets have Spencer Jones sidelined with a hamstring issue, impacting their wing depth. Meanwhile, the LA Clippers are dealing with more significant absences, including Max Strus (foot), Jordan Miller (shoulder surgery), and Brandon Ingram (Achilles injury), alongside other reported concerns for Bradley Beal and Kobe Sanders.
Fans can watch the preseason contest on NBA TV, with local broadcasts available on KTLA 5. Streaming options through participating TV providers and NBA League Pass may also be accessible, though blackout restrictions could apply. The game is set to tip off at 7:30 p.m. PDT.
Expected starting lineups remain unconfirmed due to potential absences and coaching decisions. However, projections suggest a strong lineup for Denver, featuring key players like Nikola Jokic. The Clippers may need to adjust their rotation significantly based on player availability, potentially placing more offensive responsibility on Darius Garland.
