The junior guard also set a new Notre Dame record with 16 steals, surpassing her own previous mark of 12.

Hidalgo's historic night began with a blistering start, as she scored 14 points and recorded 5 steals in the opening 10 minutes. She continued her dominance throughout the game, scoring Notre Dame's first 14 points of the second quarter to finish the first half with 28 points.
