Nebraska football has been named a finalist for four-star wide receiver Cade Cooper. The talented playmaker from Pennsylvania has officially narrowed his recruitment to a list of six universities. Cooper's impressive offer list includes Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Georgia, and Ole Miss, alongside the Cornhuskers.
Ranked as the No. 50 wide receiver and the 12th-best player in his class from Pennsylvania by Rivals Industry Rankings, Cooper stands at six-foot-two and weighs 190 pounds. He has a busy schedule of visits planned, including trips to Ole Miss and Notre Dame in late March and early May, with an official visit to Ole Miss on May 29.
Further visits are slated for Georgia Tech on June 5 and Notre Dame on June 12. Cooper's potential commitment would be a significant boost to Nebraska's 2027 recruiting class, which currently ranks 14th nationally and is bolstered by quarterback Trae Taylor, adding another potent weapon to the offense.
