Celebrity Game: Stars Play for Fun, Not Stats

The NBA All-Star Celebrity Game provides a dose of lighthearted fun, with participants prioritizing entertainment over competitive stakes. This year's event brings together a diverse cast, including Simu Liu, Jeremy Lin, and Mustard, on the iconic Forum hardwood. The game is known for its unserious atmosphere, where the score is secondary to the overall flow and irreverence, embodying the spirit of Drew Carey's famous quote, "Everything is made up and the points don't matter."

Coaching duties are split between Anthony Anderson and trainers Lethal Shooter and Chris Brickley on one side, and the Brothers Antetokounmpo along with Mookie Betts on the other. Pre-game coverage includes ESPN's digital show "Hoop Streams" featuring Vanessa Richardson and Iman Shumpert. The game's play-by-play will be handled by Mark Jones, Richard Jefferson, and Monica McNutt, with a halftime performance by K-pop group Cortis.
