This significant marathon, a fixture in the Indian Navy's calendar, is recognized as a unifying force in Mumbai's sports scene, promoting fitness and patriotism among civilians and naval personnel. The event saw continued growth, with participation numbers increasing from the previous year.
The races were officially commenced by notable dignitaries and Bollywood personalities, including Rahul Narwekar, Suniel Shetty, Ahan Shetty, and Riteish Deshmukh. Runners competed across three categories: the Aircraft Carrier Run (21.1 km), the Destroyer Run (10 km), and the Frigate Run (5 km).
