This event marks the second PGTI tournament in Nava Raipur this year, underscoring the city's increasing significance on the professional golf circuit. Kapil Dev, president of DP World PGTI, will attend the tournament's launch on September 13, coinciding with a Pro-Am event. The Chhattisgarh government intends to leverage this event to showcase Nava Raipur's sports facilities, hospitality, and tourism potential, while simultaneously fostering the growth of golf within the state.
