Salah's heartwarming gesture for young fan

A young Liverpool supporter, eight-year-old Isaac Kearney, recently experienced a dream come true by meeting his football hero, Mohamed Salah, in Turkey. Isaac, who has the rare genetic condition Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, was flown to Turkey by Salah's new club, Trabzonspor, and Turkish Airlines. This surprise reunion, documented on Isaac's Instagram, saw the young fan embrace Salah during training.

Isaac also had the chance to meet other players, including Andre Onana, who gifted him gloves. He later walked onto the pitch at Trabzon's Papara Park with Salah. This special moment builds on previous positive interactions; Salah and Virgil van Dijk had surprised Isaac at his school back in 2024. Isaac had also previously been a mascot for Liverpool's match against Manchester City.
