Michigan State football is calling on its fanbase to participate in a "white out" for the upcoming home game against Northwestern. Fans are encouraged to wear white to the Saturday afternoon matchup, creating a unified visual for the team. This promotional effort is distinct from the program's "stripe the stadium" event held earlier in the season.
The Spartans enter this critical conference game with a challenging 2-4 overall record, including an 0-3 standing in Big Ten games. They are currently seeking to halt a four-game losing streak that has impacted their season. Last week, Michigan State experienced an overtime loss against Illinois, adding to their recent struggles.
Kickoff for the game is set for 12 p.m. ET. Fans unable to attend in person can watch the game through the Peacock streaming service, ensuring broad accessibility for supporters.
