Williams, ranked as the No. 9 interior offensive lineman nationally, previously committed to Alabama but reopened his recruitment on December 1.
Williams, standing at 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds, has attracted interest from numerous elite college football programs. His commitment decision is scheduled for May 22, with his finalists including Miami, Alabama, Florida State, Kentucky, and Georgia. Regardless of his decision, Williams is scheduled for an official visit to Miami on June 5, offering the Hurricanes an opportunity to influence his choice.
