5 May
Summary
- Long snapper Taybor Pepper was released from the Dolphins.
- Six other players waived, including K.C. Ossai and Zack Kuntz.
- Jason Maitre and Isaiah Johnson were waived with failed physical designations.

Following the NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins have executed several roster moves, parting ways with seven players. The team officially released veteran long snapper Taybor Pepper, who has a decade of NFL experience.
In addition to Pepper, six other players were waived by the Dolphins. These include punter Seth Vernon, inside linebacker K.C. Ossai, edge rusher Derrick McLendon, cornerback Jason Maitre, tight end Zack Kuntz, and cornerback Isaiah Johnson.
Notably, both Johnson and Maitre were waived with a failed physical designation, indicating concerns about their current physical condition. McLendon and Johnson have seen limited action with the Dolphins previously.
Other players waived have had varied career paths. Kuntz spent time with the Jets, while Ossai and Maitre are yet to debut in a regular-season NFL game. Vernon most recently played in the UFL for the Michigan Panthers. These changes reflect the typical roster churn in the NFL offseason.
