This final invitation will be extended to the winner of the Valero Texas Open, provided they are not already exempt. A total of 93 players are scheduled to compete in the prestigious tournament, which is set to commence on April 9.

Rory McIlroy returns as the defending champion, seeking to add another major to his career Grand Slam. Scottie Scheffler, currently ranked World No. 1, is the strong favorite to secure his third Masters title in four years. Notable contenders include LIV Golf League players Bryson DeChambeau and Jon Rahm.

Tiger Woods, a five-time Masters champion, remains listed but has not confirmed his participation. His potential presence is clouded by a recent driving under the influence charge following a car crash in Florida on March 27, compounded by previous Achilles and back surgeries. He has not competed since July 2024.

Invitations are determined through various criteria, including the top 50 in the Official World Golf Ranking, past champions, recent major winners, and top finishers from previous majors. Additional exemptions are granted to winners of select national Opens and major amateur championships, with The Masters committee also holding the discretion to invite international players.
