Manu Bhaker showcased a stellar performance, topping the women's 10m pistol event in the national selection trials T3 (Group A). The competition concluded on Tuesday, with Bhaker demonstrating consistent form.
She held her lead from the second series onwards, ultimately clinching the top position with a final score of 246.1. This victory placed her 4.2 points ahead of Sainyam, who earned the silver medal with 241.9. Esha Singh secured the bronze medal with a score of 220.6.
Other notable participants included Palak Gulia in fourth place and Anjali Choudhary. The event saw intense competition among the eight finalists, with athletes like Surbhi Rao, Pranjali Prashant Dhumal, and Muskan also competing.
The national squad is scheduled to begin another coaching camp on Wednesday, following the conclusion of these trials. This camp aims to further refine the athletes' skills and prepare them for upcoming competitions.
