The Eldeco Times Half Marathon recently took place in Lucknow, drawing enthusiastic participants and showcasing strong athletic performances. Organized to promote health and an active lifestyle, the event featured intense competition across multiple age groups.
In the Male 18-30 category, Rajneesh Kumar claimed the gold medal with a finishing time of 1:20:08. Saurabh Baluni emerged victorious in the Open Male category, clocking in at 0:40:35. Pranav Wadhwa and Vikas secured the second and third positions respectively in the Male 18-30 division.
The Male 31-40 category saw Jayadeep Bhivaji Handi take first place at 1:44:09, closely followed by Sandeep Nayan Singh. Wg Cdr SP Khan demonstrated remarkable speed in the Male 41-50 category, finishing first with 1:28:12. Anil Kapoor and Rajendra Hardaha led their respective age groups in the Male 51-60 and 61+ categories.
In the women's events, Lucky won the 10 km race with a time of 0:47:20. ZA KAP Engineer topped the Female 41-50 category. The event concluded with Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak presenting the accolades to the winners, encouraging continued participation in healthy activities.
