Omenihu Shades Lamar Jackson, Praises Josh Allen

Washington Commanders defensive end Charles Omenihu recently criticized Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson during a podcast appearance. Omenihu contrasted Jackson with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, stating that Jackson struggles when the pocket collapses under a five-man rush. He suggested that the league has "figured out" Jackson, while Allen remains a more elusive challenge.

Marlon Humphrey, a teammate of Jackson's on the Ravens, responded to Omenihu's remarks on social media. Humphrey implied Omenihu was merely seeking attention by mentioning Jackson's name. Jackson, a two-time MVP since being drafted in 2018, has a 3-5 record in playoff games. The Ravens have recently restructured his contract, securing significant cap space and having him under contract through 2027, with reports suggesting they aim for a further extension.
