Lakers Star's On-Court Proposal Steals the Show

Ziaire Williams, who recently committed to a one-year, $15 million contract with the Los Angeles Lakers, experienced a significant personal moment off the court. During a concert at SoFi Stadium, Williams made a buzzer-beater shot before proposing to his then-girlfriend, Paris Timan. The proposal occurred amidst falling confetti as the music played. The stadium shared a video of the engagement, highlighting the couple's excited reaction. Timan, a fashion model, has been in a relationship with Williams for several years. Williams was a top-10 NBA draft pick out of Stanford. He previously played for the Memphis Grizzlies and was traded to the Brooklyn Nets in 2024. Last season, his playing time was limited due to a back fracture.
