The Los Angeles Lakers' complete 2026-27 schedule has been unveiled, providing a roadmap for coach JJ Redick's squad to maintain its contender status in the Western Conference.
The season begins with a rigorous stretch, as the Lakers play eight of their initial ten games against Western Conference rivals, including early matchups with the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Clippers. Out-of-conference opponents during this early phase include the Toronto Raptors and the Miami Heat.
The Lakers are slated for 14 back-to-back games throughout the 2026-27 season. A demanding seven-game road trip is scheduled from January 28 to February 8, featuring visits to Madison Square Garden to face the New York Knicks, as well as games against Victor Wembanyama's San Antonio Spurs and the Boston Celtics.
Adding to their national presence, the Lakers will participate in 34 nationally televised games, tying them for the league lead. Eighteen of these highly anticipated games will be played at home, the most in the NBA. The team will also host three separate five-game homestands.
