The Los Angeles Rams have initiated a significant community outreach by distributing 1,000 tickets for the upcoming 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This generous gesture is part of the Rams' initial $5 million contribution to the LA28 Community Ticket Program, launched in 2025. The program aims to ensure the Games are accessible and representative of the diverse city of Los Angeles.
Local youth organizations, including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro LA, are recipients of these coveted tickets. Selected children will have the opportunity to witness sports like flag football, which will debut in 2028, and swimming. These events will take place at the 2028 Stadium, which is also the Rams' home venue, creating a unique connection for the young attendees.
Rams Head Coach Sean McVay was present at the Rams Training Camp in Westchester to announce the ticket giveaway. Erikk Aldridge, LA28 vice president of Impact and Legacy, highlighted the importance of this opportunity for local youth, emphasizing the chances they will gain related to the Games in their hometown. Ten organizations in total benefited from this program.
