Knicks, Magic Seek Elusive First Win
26 Oct
Summary
- Knicks and Magic are both seeking their first win of the 2026 season.
- The Knicks lost narrow games to the 76ers and Celtics.
- The Magic were defeated by the Hawks and Timberwolves in their first two games.
The New York Knicks, reigning champions, are seeking their first win of the 2026 season as they host the Orlando Magic on Sunday. Both teams are currently winless, with the Knicks dropping close contests to the 76ers and Celtics. Karl-Anthony Towns and OG Anunoby were notable performers in the loss to Boston, but excessive turnovers hindered the Knicks.
The Magic have also struggled in their opening games, losing at home to the Hawks and falling to the Timberwolves. Despite Wendell Carter Jr.'s strong performance against Minnesota, the Magic were outrebounded and struggled from three-point range. This Sunday's game at Madison Square Garden offers a crucial opportunity for one of these teams to break their winless streak.
Fans can catch the game locally on MSG for the Knicks and MagicTV 27/WFTV 9 for the Magic. Live streaming options include DAZN for both New York and Magic broadcast territories. The game is scheduled to tip off shortly after 7 p.m. ET on Sunday, October 25.
