Milwaukee Bucks guard Kevin Porter Jr. has officially been ruled out for the remainder of the season after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his right knee. The procedure was performed on Tuesday in Vail, Colorado, by Dr. Tom Hackett at The Steadman Clinic.
Porter Jr.'s season was significantly impacted by the injury, which began just eight minutes into the team's first game. Coach Doc Rivers noted that despite the setback, Porter Jr. had a "hell of a year" when he was able to play.
The 25-year-old guard last appeared in a game on March 17. Prior to his season-ending surgery, Porter Jr. demonstrated strong performance, averaging 17.4 points, 7.4 assists, and 5.2 rebounds over 38 games played.
