Summary
- Kerala Blasters FC face Mumbai City FC in Kochi on Sunday.
- Both teams seek a win after slow starts to the season.
- The match kicks off at 7:30 PM IST on October 25.
Kerala Blasters FC will host Mumbai City FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi for their inaugural home match of the ISL 2026-27 season on Sunday, October 25. Both sides are eager to secure a positive result, having experienced difficult openings to their campaigns.
Mumbai City FC, under head coach Manolo Marquez, is pursuing their first win of the season after securing only one point from their initial two fixtures. They previously lost 2-1 to Churchill Brothers and drew 1-1 with Punjab FC.
Kerala Blasters FC, meanwhile, aims to rebound from a significant 4-1 defeat against NorthEast United FC. This loss highlighted defensive frailties, and coach Ashley Westwood will expect a stronger performance from his squad in front of their home supporters.
The much-anticipated encounter is scheduled to commence at 7:30 PM IST. Fans can catch the live action through the ISL YouTube channel, the Sony LIV app and website, and on the Sony Sports network's television channels.
