Butler's Baby Mama Moves Back In Amid Legal Battle

Kaitlin Nowak, the ex-girlfriend of NBA player Jimmy Butler, is now living with the athlete after a contentious legal battle concerning child custody and support. The parties have reportedly reached a comprehensive agreement on a parenting plan.

This development follows a lawsuit filed by Nowak in October 2023. A judgment entered a few months later confirmed Butler as the biological father of their three children and established child support payments. Court documents indicated Butler was paying $55,000 per month, along with an additional $10,000 for childcare.

Nowak stated in recent court filings that she anticipates the case will be fully resolved within the next 45 to 60 days. She is requesting the court allow the case to remain on the docket, citing sufficient progress toward a final settlement.

The former couple had been in legal proceedings for over a year, during which Butler alleged Nowak refused to seek employment. The recent filings suggest a resolution is in sight, with the two now sharing a household.
