Jaden Rashada, a highly touted quarterback, has once again entered the NCAA transfer portal, marking his third departure from a collegiate program. He began the 2025 season as the starting quarterback for Sacramento State, but a thumb injury severely limited his playing time to just six games.
Rashada's college journey has been a revolving door of programs. He initially committed to Florida but later de-committed, with speculation surrounding NIL deals. He then played briefly for Arizona State before entering the portal. His subsequent move to Georgia saw him unable to secure significant playing time, prompting another transfer.
With two years of eligibility left, Rashada possesses considerable talent, evident from his standout high school performance. However, a combination of injuries and frequent team changes has hindered his progression. His decision to enter the portal again raises questions about his future and ability to find a lasting collegiate home.
