Ivan Toney has equalled Al-Ahli's club record for the most goals in a single Saudi Pro League season, reaching 27 goals on Wednesday. The English striker achieved this milestone during a 1-1 away draw against Al-Fayha.
Toney now sits atop the league's scoring charts, holding a one-goal lead over Al-Qadsiah's Julian Quinones and a four-goal advantage over Al-Nassr's Cristiano Ronaldo. The forward's latest goal, a touch on an Enzo Meo shot, matched the record previously set by Syrian forward Omar Al Somah in the 2015-2016 season.
Since joining the Jeddah-based club in August 2024, Toney has amassed a total of 50 league goals for the Saudi side, including 23 in his debut season. He is now eight goals away from matching the Saudi Pro League's all-time record of 35 goals, set by Cristiano Ronaldo last season.
