On November 15, 2025, it was announced that F1 Academy driver Aiva Anagnostiadis will miss the season finale of the all-female racing series in Las Vegas due to a foot injury. The TAG Heuer driver sustained a fracture in her left foot during training and underwent surgery.
As a result, Anagnostiadis will be replaced by Rachel Robertson for the final round of the F1 Academy season on November 20-22. F1 Academy, TAG Heuer, and Hitech TGR have expressed their wishes for Anagnostiadis to make a full and speedy recovery.
Anagnostiadis had previously missed the Singapore Grand Prix due to the injury. She shared details of the incident, stating that she was "gutted to miss such an iconic event" but is now focused on rehabilitation and recovery. The Australian driver is aiming to be ready for testing in Bahrain.
Anagnostiadis joined the F1 Academy in 2025 and has also raced in various other junior racing series. Her replacement, Rachel Robertson, is a rising star who started her racing career in 2022 and has experience in Formula 4 and the inaugural F1 Academy Rookie Test.
