Infosys, a digital services leader, and the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) have launched Ally, an AI-powered chatbot to deepen fan engagement. Building on a decade-long relationship, their partnership has been extended until 2028.
Ally, powered by Infosys Topaz, offers fans instant access to match statistics, tournament draws, and player comparisons. It learns continuously, ensuring accurate and informative interactions. The chatbot is integrated with the ATP Stats Centre, featuring robust safety measures against misinformation.
This initiative also includes Version 2.0 of the Carbon Tracker, launched in 2025 to help players monitor and reduce travel emissions. Since its 2023 debut, over 300 players have used the tool, contributing to significant carbon offsetting.
