During the shoot, Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav was asked to say "3..2..1" while holding the shooting clapper board. He hilariously replied, "Accha, Woh bhi main hi bolu? (Ohh, I should only say that)," showcasing his witty side. Additionally, pacer Arshdeep Singh was asked about his arrival in Dubai for the tournament, to which he responded with a humorous quip, "Garmi lag rahi hai bhaiya (I am feeling hot here)."
The video also featured several other players from the Indian squad, including Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Shubman Gill, and Kuldeep Yadav, among others. The team is gearing up for their opening clash against the UAE on Wednesday, September 10, in Dubai.
India are the defending champions of the Asia Cup, having won the previous edition in 2023, which was played in the ODI format. They will be keen to dominate and win the tournament once again in the 2025 edition, which will be held in the T20 format.
