Hyderabad Heroes clinched the HSBC Rugby Premier League title by defeating Mumbai Dreamers 41-17 in a final played on Sunday at Hyderabad's Gachibowli Stadium. The victory awarded the Heroes Rs. 45 lakhs, while the Dreamers received Rs. 25 lakhs as runners-up. Bengaluru Bravehearts secured third place, earning Rs. 15 lakhs.

The second season of the league, a collaboration between GMR Sports and Rugby India, concluded with notable attendees including the chief minister of Telangana. The league saw increased engagement, player quality, and the introduction of a women's league, signaling rugby's growing potential in India.
