6 Nov
Summary
- Charlotte Hornets are on a five-game losing streak.
- Key players are injured or questionable for the Hornets.
- The Celtics have won six of their last seven games.
The Charlotte Hornets are looking to break a five-game losing streak as they prepare to face the formidable Boston Celtics in their second NBA Cup Play game on Friday. This difficult road to a win is further complicated by the absence of Kon Knueppel, who exited his season debut early due to a left hamstring issue.
Adding to the Hornets' struggles, starting center Moussa Diabate and backup point guard Dennis Schroder are listed as questionable for the game. In contrast, the Boston Celtics have been performing well, winning six of their last seven contests. They will be without Devin Carter, while former Sixth Man of the Year Payton Pritchard's status is also questionable.
The game is scheduled for Friday, November 6th, at 7:00 p.m. EST, taking place at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC. Broadcasts will be available on NBA League Pass, NBC Sports (Boston), WSOC Channel 9 (Charlotte), and DAZN.
