Heat vs. Hornets: Two Hot NBA Teams Clash

Two NBA teams hitting their stride will face off as the Miami Heat visit the Charlotte Hornets on Friday night. The Hornets are currently riding the league's longest active winning streak, having secured six consecutive victories, all by double-digit margins. This impressive run is attributed to their fast pace and physical play.

The Heat are seeking to extend their own momentum, aiming for their first four-game winning streak since the holiday season. Coach Erik Spoelstra acknowledges the pressure of these games, noting his willingness to increase minutes for key players to secure victories.

Charlotte has seen positive contributions from guard Coby White, who has recovered from injury and is integrating well into the team's dynamic. The Hornets' defense has also been a key factor, holding opponents to low scores.

Miami, playing the second game of a back-to-back, faces decisions regarding player minutes due to potential ailments. The Hornets, too, may be impacted by the status of forward Grant Williams, who missed their recent game with knee soreness.
