Gonçalo Ramos is making a significant impact for Portugal, helping the team to a perfect record in Group A4. Ramos scored the decisive goal in their recent 2-1 victory over Norway, marking their fourth consecutive win in the competition.
Portugal has demonstrated strong performance even in the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo. The veteran forward has not featured since being replaced by Ramos in the first Nations League game, a 1-0 win against Wales. His departure from the squad has not hindered Portugal's success, evidenced by subsequent wins.
The match against Norway saw Kristoffer Ajer open the scoring before João Cancelo equalized. Ramos then secured the win in the 79th minute. Despite Francisco Conceição's late red card, Portugal held on for the victory. Erling Haaland, meanwhile, failed to score for a second consecutive match.
