Glentoran has secured their place in a second successive BetMcLean Cup final following a thrilling 2-1 semi-final win over Coleraine at the Oval. The decisive goal came in the 93rd minute from Jordan Jenkins, ensuring Declan Devine's side will compete for the trophy.
Glentoran took the lead just before halftime when Pat Hoban scored his 16th goal of the season from a Ryan Cooney corner. Coleraine fought back after the break, with Joel Cooper scoring a spectacular equalizer with a powerful left-footed shot.
With the score level after normal time, the match went into extra time. Substitute Danny Amos made an immediate impact, setting up Joe Thomson, whose shot was saved. However, Jenkins was on hand to fire home the rebound, sending Glentoran to the final.
