Free Metro Rides for RCB Fans on Match Days!

For IPL 2026, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) has partnered with Bengaluru Metro to offer free metro services to spectators attending matches at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. This announcement, confirmed on March 20, provides fans with a metro ticket alongside their match pass. Ticket holders can use a QR code on match days for one onward and one return journey.

The initiative is designed to streamline fan travel and decrease private vehicle usage in Bengaluru's Central Business District. Similar successful collaborations have been observed with Chennai Metro Rail Limited and Chennai Super Kings since 2023. The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited anticipates upfront revenue as part of this arrangement, with RCB expected to cover costs based on ticket sales.
