As of August 4th, 2025, Scotty Washington, a former tight end for the Pittsburgh Steelers, has rejoined the Baltimore Ravens for another stint with the team. The 28-year-old first found his way to Baltimore in 2023 after being let go by the Steelers during that season. He spent the remainder of the year on the Ravens' practice squad without seeing any regular-season action.
Washington then re-signed with the Ravens on a reserve/futures deal in January 2024 and participated in their preseason games that year, but was ultimately cut in August. He remained unsigned until the Ravens brought him back onto their practice squad in November 2024, where he finished out the season.
Now, in the current offseason, Washington has once again signed with the Ravens, providing the team with additional depth and experience at the tight end position. His journey through the NFL has been a winding one, as the undrafted player out of Wake Forest has spent time with the Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots, and Pittsburgh Steelers before finding a home in Baltimore.
