England's training base for the upcoming World Cup is expected to be Swope Soccer Village in Kansas City. The Football Association has submitted a request to utilize this Missouri facility.
While the world governing body, Fifa, has not yet officially confirmed the training locations, it is anticipated that England will be allocated their preferred site. This decision is likely to be finalized at the beginning of February.
The team's Group L matches against Croatia, Ghana, and Panama will take place in Arlington, Texas; Foxborough, Massachusetts; and East Rutherford, New Jersey, respectively. England's squad will travel from their Kansas City base to each match location.
It remains uncertain whether England will remain in Missouri if they advance past the group stage. The team has explored the possibility of relocating their base to be closer to subsequent match venues during the knockout rounds.
Prior to their arrival in Kansas City, England will conduct their pre-tournament training camp in Florida, which will include two preparatory games.
