Video evidence indicates Campbell embarked on a solitary trip on the water from a local boat ramp around 12:37 AM on December 1st. His body was later discovered ashore, connected to a registered Sea-Doo watercraft.
Personal effects, including his wallet and an energy drink, were found on the watercraft. Campbell's wife informed investigators that he was a capable swimmer, prioritized his health, and had no history of drug or alcohol abuse.
