Dolphins Face Tough 2026 Road Start
15 May
Summary
- Dolphins begin 2026 with two consecutive road games.
- The team has no prime-time games scheduled this season.
- Miami finishes the season at New England for the second year.
The Miami Dolphins will commence their 2026 regular season with consecutive road games against the Las Vegas Raiders and San Francisco 49ers. This challenging start mirrors the beginning of the 2016 season and may involve the team staying on the West Coast between matchups.
Reflecting a rebuilding phase, the Dolphins were not assigned any prime-time games for the upcoming season. This is the first time since 2008 that the team might not have a single night game. The schedule also features a rare consecutive season-ending road game against the New England Patriots.
Miami's schedule includes three potential cold-weather games, including a Week 15 return to Lambeau Field for new head coach Jeff Hafley. The Dolphins face a difficult final six games against six playoff teams from the previous season, serving as a test for their development.
