Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker sustained a right ankle injury during Friday night's game against the Atlanta Hawks. The injury occurred with only 5 seconds remaining in the third quarter when Booker rolled his ankle on the foot of Hawks player Onyeka Okongwu.
He was seen on the court for several minutes before exiting to the training room. While Booker walked under his own power, he was visibly limping and appeared to be in considerable discomfort.
Prior to the injury, the four-time All-Star had an impactful performance, scoring 31 points in just 28 minutes. Booker entered the game averaging a team-high 25.3 points and 6.3 assists per contest.
