Summary

- Sanders is not featured in the new EA Sports College Football game.
- Colorado Buffaloes finished last season with a 3-9 record.
Deion Sanders, the head coach of Colorado football, expressed renewed vigor and confidence as he prepares for the upcoming 2026 season. Sanders stated he is back to full strength, energy, and has regained his characteristic swagger. This personal resurgence comes as the Buffaloes aim to rebound from a disappointing 2025 season where they finished with a 3-9 record.
Sanders acknowledged the need for significant improvement, stating that the fanbase and the university deserve better results. The team's performance last season placed them No. 112 in total offense and No. 121 in total defense. Sanders indicated a commitment to achieving much better outcomes starting immediately.
In other news, Sanders addressed his exclusion from the latest EA Sports College Football video game. He humorously suggested that the offered compensation was likely not substantial enough for his involvement. The Buffaloes are scheduled to begin their 2026 campaign on September 3rd, facing Georgia Tech.
