The highly anticipated second season of Super League Kerala is set to begin on October 2, 2025. Defending champions Calicut FC will take on Forca Kochi in the opening match at the EMS Stadium in Kozhikode.
The league will feature six teams competing across 33 matches, with the final scheduled for December 14. One of the key highlights of the upcoming season is the presence of 36 foreign players, including former Indian Super League (ISL) star Roy Krishna, who has signed with Malappuram FC.
The participating teams and their managers are as follows: Calicut FC (Ever Demalde), Forca Kochi FC (Miquel Plana), Kannur Warriors FC (Manuel Sanchez Murias), Thiruvananthapuram Kombans FC (James McAloon), Malappuram FC (Miguel Corral), and Thrissur Magic FC (Andrey Chernyshov).
The league will follow a format where each team plays the others twice, with the top four teams after the league phase advancing to the semifinals. The winners of the semifinals will then compete in the final to determine the champion of Super League Kerala season 2.
