Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Marissa Phillips has provided an inside look at the squad's demanding holiday preparations. Even with the NFL's Thanksgiving tradition, the cheerleaders' busy season extends through the festive period, requiring significant commitment.

Phillips described the team's special 30-minute shows at The Star, which involve dazzling light displays, three costume changes, and signature routines. These performances, happening amidst game days, demand extensive preparation and muscle memory to execute flawlessly.

The 25-year-old, who is an accountant by day, emphasized the personal sacrifices involved. Maintaining peak performance requires diligent meal prep and rest, often leading to canceled plans and the inability to schedule personal appointments throughout November and December.
