Chennai Super Kings is reportedly not planning any changes to its top coaching positions. Stephen Fleming, who has been instrumental in the team's success, is expected to continue as head coach. The CSK management appears to maintain strong confidence in Fleming, who has been associated with the franchise since its inaugural season in 2008 and as head coach since 2009. His contract is renewed annually, and an extension is anticipated for the upcoming season.

Fleming is currently in the United States, also serving as head coach for the Chennai Super Kings' subsidiary, Texas Super Kings, in Major League Cricket. The franchise plans to conduct a season review post the MLC season, though Fleming's position is considered secure.

This decision underscores the significant influence of MS Dhoni within the franchise, with whom Fleming shares a close professional relationship. Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings has stated it will not trade any players, dismissing speculation regarding Hardik Pandya and a potential swap involving Khaleel Ahmed and David Miller.
