Benn Avenges Defeat, Dominates Rival Eubank Jr in Thrilling Rematch

On November 12, 2025, Conor Benn (24-1, 14 KOs) delivered a commanding performance to defeat his bitter rival Chris Eubank Jr (35-4, 25 KOs) in a highly anticipated rematch. The non-title middleweight bout saw Benn, 29, avenge his previous unanimous points defeat to Eubank Jr seven months ago.

Benn capitalized on a sluggish and subdued display from the 36-year-old Eubank, who lacked the energy and explosiveness he had shown in their first fight. Benn's dominance meant the contest lacked the drama of their previous encounter, until a brilliant finish.

In the final round, Benn floored Eubank Jr twice, first with a straight left and then a barrage of blows capped by a right hand that sent Eubank crashing to the canvas again. Eubank beat the count but knew the fight was lost, as Benn secured a unanimous victory by scores of 119-107, 116-110, and 118-108.

While Benn's eventual world title triumph may be more significant, this revenge over his bitter rival is likely to be just as satisfying and career-defining for the young fighter.
