Eiserman, who was selected by the Islanders with the 20th overall pick in the 2024 NHL Draft, recently completed his sophomore season at Boston University.
During the 2025-2026 season, the 19-year-old forward led Boston University in scoring, tallying 18 goals and 28 points in 32 games played. His contributions were crucial for the team, building on his freshman year performance that saw him help BU reach the Frozen Four national championship game. Eiserman also previously represented the United States, contributing to their gold medal victory at the 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship.
