Clay Travis Departs Founding Site, Stays With Fox

Clay Travis has announced his departure from OutKick, the influential sports and culture website he established. This transition occurs as OutKick is now fully integrated as a vertical within Fox News Digital, a development following its acquisition by Fox Corp five years ago.

Travis has entered into a new agreement with Fox News Media. Under this new contract, he will continue his role as a contributor and will maintain his hosting duties for 'OutKick the Show with Clay Travis' on FS1, airing on Wednesday evenings. Travis expressed his pride in achieving his original goals for OutKick when he founded it in 2011.

Fox acquired OutKick Media in 2021, and it had previously operated as a distinct brand. The company has also reached a new deal with Dan Dakich, host of 'Don't@Me,' making him exclusive to the network.
