Arsenal emerged as the top-ranked team, slightly improving their third-place finish from the 2024-25 season. They were the only team to beat Bayern Munich in this year's competition. Liverpool, the previous season's leader, has traded places with Arsenal and now sits in third.
Reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain saw a minor rise of four places, although they remained outside the top eight. Juventus improved by seven places under Luciano Spalletti's guidance, while Inter and Atalanta both dropped six places.
Real Madrid improved from 11th to ninth, despite a chaotic finale. Barcelona, while dropping to fifth, maintained their top-eight status and avoided playoffs. Atlético Madrid, however, slumped from fifth to 14th.
